A MODEL OF DIGITAL LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS IN SCHOOLS ADMINISTRATION, THE SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE CHONBURI RAYONG

Abstract
This research the objectives were 1) To study the components of digital leadership; 2) To study the state of digital leadership; 3) To create a digital leadership of school administrators model, 4) The evaluate of a model of digital leadership of school administrators in schools, The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chonburi Rayong, and using mixed-method research: quantitative and qualitative research that consisted of 4 steps: 1) The components of digital leadership by analysis, synthesis from documents, research relevant; 2) The state of digital leadership of school administrators, use to questionnaire, the sample was 372 school administrators and teachers by the sample size determination using Krejcie and Morgan table, simple random sampling; 3) Create a digital leadership of school administrators in schools administration model, by 9 experts interview; and 4) The evaluate of a model from 5 experts by purposive sampling. The data analysis was mean, Standard Deviation and content analysis. The research results found that 1) The digital leadership of school administrators have components 6 aspects: digital vision, digital knowledge, professional, communication, participation, development and create opportunities; 2) The state of digital leadership of school administrators in overall was at the highest level; 3) A digital leadership of school administrators in schools administration model consisted of (1) school administration: academic, personal, budget and general management, (2) digital leadership of school administrators: digital vision, digital knowledge, professional, communication, participation, development and create opportunities; 4) A model evaluation results in overall it is possible and useful were at the highest level.
