Abstract

Important informants include the district chief, mayor, director of the Subdistrict health promotion hospital, Subdistrict headman, academics, village headman, Subdistrict public health volunteer president Village health volunteers and citizens, a total of 15 people, by specific selection Data were collected through in-depth interviews Statistics used include percentage, mean, standard deviation. Pearson correlation Multiple forecasting and synthesis using content analysis methods The results of the research found that (1) the overall competency of community leaders was at a high level (2) the performance of duties of community leaders Overall, it was at a high level (3) Competencies of community leaders that affect the performance of duties were found to be motivational competencies, skills, personality, knowledge, and attitude Can predict 79.80% and (4) guidelines for promoting the competency of community leaders under the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019 include motivation, skills, personality, knowledge, and attitude.
