DEVELOPMENT CARE MODELS AND ENHANCEMENT QUALITY OF LIFE FOR ALL AGE GROUPS WITH DISTRICT HEALTH SYSTEM IN SAN PA TONG DISTRICT CHIANG MAI YEAR 2017 - 2020

Abstract

This study aims to 1) Develop care models and enhance quality of life for all age groups. 2) Develop a team to build network partners according to the local context through actual practice. 3) Study the results of positive impacts from operations. It is participatory action research. The sample group was the Quality of Life Development Working Group, totaling 1,626 people. Research tools used interviews, questionnaires, note-taking, observation, and audio recorders. Data collection by searching for content from surveys meeting minutes Evaluate documents and qualitative data analysis using content analysis. The research results found that The process of developing a care model of 15 steps creates a care model and enhances the quality of life of all age groups through the health system. There are 7 important activities: 1) Studying and researching problems and finding the causes of problems that occur in the community. 2) Participate in thinking and creating development methods to solve and reduce community problems. 3) Analyze potential social capital in the community. 4) Prepare a project plan to solve problems. 5) Follow the specified policies and strategies. 6) Monitor and evaluate 7) Driving participatory public policy: Local health constitution By developing the potential of the team to join the network to develop care models and enhance the quality of life of all age groups with the district health system according to the context of the area through actual practice.
