Abstract
The purposes of this research article are to 1) create a strategic management model to develop the academic achievement of students at Langu Pittayakhom School 2) experiment with a strategic management model to develop the academic achievement of students. Langu Pittayakhom School 3) Evaluate the strategic management model to develop the academic achievement of students at Langu Pittayakhom School. Using the research method of research and development, R & D has the following methods: 1) Create a strategic management model. By studying and analyzing document content and interview 7 experts and experts. 2) Experiment with the strategic management model. with 609 teachers and students in Secondary school 1 - 6. 3) Evaluate the strategic management model. From 67 teachers and educational personnel, statistics used are mean, standard deviation. Research results: 1) Strategic management model has 4 elements: principles, objectives, 5 strategies, including academic quality development. Student quality development Development of teachers and educational personnel Development of media and learning resources Participation with the community in organizing education and results from development, including direct results, namely academic achievement in 5 learning subject groups. Group work behavior In terms of interest and responsibility in learning, the following results include the results of development according to the strategy. 2) The results of the trial using the strategic management model found that in the academic year 2022, academic achievement increased from the academic year 2021 by 0.46. Performance behavior Groups and areas of interest and responsibility in learning 3) The results of the evaluation of the strategic management model found that it was feasible, appropriate, and useful. at a high level
