MANAGEMENT MODEL FOR DEVELOPING THE SCHOOL'S EDUCATIONAL QUALITY ASSURANCE SYSTEM PA HUNG SUBDISTRICT ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION SCHOOL, PHAN, CHIANG RAI PROVINCE

Abstract

This research article studies the management model to develop an internal quality assurance system of school of Pa Hung Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Phan District, Chiang Rai Province. having a purpose To study the condition of the model Create a trial format. and evaluate management models to develop internal quality assurance systems. The population and sample are divided into each stage as follows: Stage 1: Study the management style. The population includes teachers and 11 educational personnel. The tools used in the research. Knowledge recording form, step 2, creating a management model. The population includes 7 experts and experts, obtained through purposive sampling (Positive sampling). The research tool is a structured interview. Step 3, experiment. Use a management model. The population consists of 7 experts. Tools used in the research is an assessment of the feasibility of the model Data were analyzed using statistics, namely mean, standard deviation, and step 4. Evaluation of management style. The sample group consisted of 65 members of the Quality Assurance Committee within educational institutions. The research instrument was a format assessment form. Data were analyzed using statistics, namely averages and content analysis. The study results found that A study of the management model for developing an internal quality assurance system found that it consists of 5 elements, including 1) principles, 2) aims, 3) educational quality development components, 4) 3-step management process, including preparation. Implementation and evaluation and 5) results The trial of the management model in the academic year 2022 had very good evaluation results. As for the evaluation results of the model, experts were of the opinion that it was feasible, appropriate, accurate, comprehensive, and useful.
