AN INTEGRATED MODEL OF COOPERATION IN PUBLIC SERVICE PROVISION OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATIONS IN THE AREA OF UDON THANI PROVINCE

Abstract

The purposes of this research to study the problems and cooperation level in public service provision of local government organizations. in the area of Udon Thani province. To determine strategies and try out model of cooperation in public service provision of local government organizations. in the area of Udon Thani province. Mixed method research and consisted of 3 phases. Phase 1 Qualitative research: Key informants 17 experts. The tools used are semi-structured interview form. Data were analyzed using synthesize content and summary content. Quantitative research: The sample consisted of 365 people. The tools used are questionnaire. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation statistics. Phase 2: Draft a format using the data analysis results from Stage 1. The target group was 30 experts. The tools used are the suitability and feasibility assessment form. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation statistics. Phase 3: The experimental group was 30 people. The tools used are pre-test and post-test. Data were analyzed using Paired sample t – test statistics. The research results showed that: 1) the problems and cooperation level overall, it is at a moderate level. 2) an integrated model, consisting of 6 areas: Artistic and cultural, promote the quality of life at work, community organization, the management and conservation of environmental natural resources, planning and the infrastructure. when assessing the suitability and feasibility of all aspects. 3) Experiments conducted in planning have found significant 0.01.
