THE IMPLEMENT OF PARTICIPATORY ADMINISTRATION MODEL FOR MORALITY ENHANCEMENT OF STUDENTS IN BANWANGCHUMPHON SCHOOL UNDER NAKHON SAWAN PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2

Abstract
The objectives of this mixed methods research were to 1) study the states administrative of schools, to study the problem and to propose the guidelines for the participatory administration for morality enhancement of students in Banwangchumphon School; 2) develop of participatory administration model; 3) implement of participatory administration model; and 4) evaluate of participatory administration model. The respondent in process I were to 28 administrators and teachers in in Banwangchumphon School, administrators and teachers in moral school best practices, process II were to 13 expert, process III were to 21 administrators and teachers in in Banwangchumphon School, process IV were to 281 of administrator, teachers, students and parents. Instrument was to questionnaire and evaluate form. Analyzed by content analysis, mean and standard deviation. The results of this research found that’s 1) the states administrative of schools participatory administration for morality enhancement of students in Banwangchumphon School was the overall at highest level, the problem as follows; should be participation from all sectors, regularly of supervision process, administrator should continually use the moral model, Not all teachers publish knowledge sharing, to create networks with outside/religious organizations and moral instructional materials are not various, students cannot study any time anywhere, students lack of discipline, responsibility, honesty and publish mind, the guidelines for the participatory administration for morality enhancement of students should be used participatory administration 2) The participatory administration model was actually utility, feasibility and propriety at highest level 3) the school has passed the OBEC school moral ethics assessment with a 4 - star rating standards, administrator, teachers and students has to discipline, sufficiency, publish mind and unity, 4) the evaluate of participatory administration model for morality was utility at highest level.
