A MODEL FOR DEVELOPING DIGITAL LEADERSHIP FOR TEACHER IN HIGHT SCHOOL IN THE NORTHEAST

Abstract
This research aimed to 1) Study the components and needs of digital leadership of secondary school teachers in the Northeast, 2) Create and develop a model for developing digital leadership of secondary school teachers in the Northeast, and 3) Study the effectiveness of a model for developing digital leadership of secondary school teachers in the Northeast. The research methodology consisted of 3 phases: Phase 1: study of components and needs, Phase 2: creation and development of the model, and Phase 3: study of the effectiveness of the model. The population consisted of 42,806 secondary school teachers in the Northeast.
The sample consisted of 384 secondary school teachers in the Northeast. The research results found that 1) The components of digital leadership of teachers consisted of 6 components: having a digital vision, having digital technology knowledge, using digital technology in learning management, having creativity in learning management, focusing on learners to create innovation, and having morality, ethics, and ethics in using digital technology. The development needs, ranked from most to least, were having a digital vision, focusing on learners to create innovation, and having creativity in learning management, and using digital technology in learning management. In terms of digital technology knowledge and morality, ethics and codes of conduct in using digital technology 2) The digital leadership development model for teachers found that the components of the model consisted of principles, objectives, development content, development process, and measurement and evaluation. From the assessment of the appropriateness of the model components, it was found that overall it was at the highest level and 3) The effectiveness of the development model found that there was continuous development, with an increase of 0.97 or a percentage of progress of 67.25.
