การพัฒนาโปรแกรมพัฒนาทักษะสมองด้านการคิดเชิงบริหาร เพื่อพัฒนาคุณลักษณะผู้นำในนักเรียนทหาร

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ค้นหาแนวทางการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะผู้นำในนักเรียนทหารบนพื้นฐานของทักษะสมองด้านการคิดเชิงบริหาร รวมถึงองค์ประกอบของทักษะสมองที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะผู้นำ 2) พัฒนาและออกแบบโปรแกรมพัฒนาทักษะสมองด้านการคิดเชิงบริหารเพื่อพัฒนาคุณลักษณะผู้นำในนักเรียนทหาร โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี ระยะที่ 1 การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงเนื้อหาจากการสนทนากลุ่มกับนักเรียนผู้บังคับบัญชาและครูฝึก 10 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า แนวทางที่สำคัญในการส่งเสริมคุณลักษณะผู้นำ คือ การเป็นแบบอย่างและการฝึกปฏิบัติอย่างต่อเนื่อง อีกทั้งพบองค์ประกอบของทักษะสมองด้านการคิดเชิงบริหาร
ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะผู้นำมี 6 ด้าน คือ การควบคุมอารมณ์ การยั้งคิดไตร่ตรอง การยืดหยุ่นความคิด การวางแผนและจัดระบบดำเนินการ การติดตามประเมินตนเอง และการมุ่งเป้าหมาย ผลจากระยะที่ 1 ถูกนำไปใช้ออกแบบโปรแกรมในเรื่องกระบวนการพัฒนาทักษะและขอบเขตของตัวแปรที่ศึกษา ตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 5 คน ระยะที่ 2 เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณเพื่อประเมินความเหมาะสมของการนำโปรแกรมไปใช้ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักเรียนทหารระดับปริญญาตรี จำนวน 20 คนที่เข้าร่วมโปรแกรม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.87 ใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา พบว่า ความพึงพอใจในระดับมากที่สุด โดยเฉพาะด้านการพัฒนาความรู้ (M = 4.75, SD = 0.44) การพัฒนาทักษะและความสามารถ (M= 4.65, SD = 0.49) การนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ (M = 4.65, SD = 0.49) และการบรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ในการพัฒนาทักษะสมองด้านการคิดเชิงบริหาร (M= 4.60, SD = 0.50) แสดงถึงการตอบสนองเชิงบวกต่อโปรแกรมอย่างชัดเจน
