THE DEVELOPMENT OF LEARNING MANAGEMENT MODEL TO ENHANCE SOFT SKILLS IN THE SCHOOL UNDER THE EDUCATIONAL FUND PROJECT PHRANAKHON SI AYUTTHAYA PROVINCE

Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) develop a learning management model that promotes soft skills of students in schools under the Education Fund Project in Ayutthaya, 2) study the soft skills of students using the learning management model that promotes soft skills of students in schools under the Education Fund Project in Ayutthaya, and 3) study the satisfaction with the learning management model that promotes soft skills. Research and Development (R&D) is divided into three phases: Phase 1: Development of learning management models that promotes the soft Skills, Phase 2: Study of the results of using the model that promotes the soft Skills, and Phase 3: Evaluation of satisfaction with the model that promotes the soft Skills. The project was conducted at the Education Fund Project School in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. The participants were 360 elementary school students from eight schools in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province that participated in the educational fund project. The sample size used in the experiment to study the effects of the model was 180 people, which determined the sample size using Yamane's formula and obtained from multi-step randomization. The tools used in the research included 1) Soft Based Learning Management Model and Manual of Use, 2) Soft Skills Assessment Form, and 3) Satisfaction Questionnaire. The results showed that 1) the developed Soft Based Learning management model is at the highest level ( = 4.73, S.D. = 0.47) and has a high content consistency index (IOC) , 2) the soft Skills of the students after the study were statistically significantly higher than before the school at the level of .05, and 3) the students were most satisfied with the learning management model (
= 4.65, S.D. = 0.47).
