THE SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION BASED ON THE THREEFOLD TRAINING IN THE INTEGRATION OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER KHON KAEN PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

Abstract

     The objectives of this research article were: 1) to study the state of educational institute administration according to the Tri-sikkha principles in educational institutions under Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 and 2) to study the school administration according to the Tri-sikkha principles in an integrated manner. This research is a quantitative research. The sample group used in the study consisted of 113 samples. The instruments used in the study were questionnaires. The results were presented using statistics such as mean and standard deviation. to analyze the data.

     The result of the study found that: The condition of educational institution administration according to the Tri-sikkha principles in educational institutions under the Office of Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area 1 found that it was at a high level in all aspects. Sorted from most to least, namely, budget management. The mean was 4.06 in academic administration. The mean was 4.05 in general administration. The mean was 4.04 in personnel management. The mean was 4.03 respectively.

     In the integrated management of educational institutions according to the Tri-sikkha principles, it was found that the Tri-sikkha principles could be integrated with 1) administrative resources such as personnel, administrative systems, buildings and environments, curricula, media and learning resources. educational equipment basic utilities, welfare and budget; 2) administrative processes such as planning, organization personnel management 3) The outcome aspect, such as the factors of right-mindedness and school administration according to the Tri-sikkha principles, and 4) the impact aspect, such as the feedback from the people involved and having interests in the school.
