MANAGEMENT OF SUNDAY BUDDHIST STUDY CENTER BAN PHAI DISTRICT, KHON KAEN PROVINCE

The objectives of this research article were: 1) to study the problem of management in the Sunday Buddhist Study Center in Ban Phai district, Khon Kaen Province. And 2) to suggest guidelines for the management of the Sunday Buddhist Study Center in Ban Phai district, Khon Kon Province This research is a qualitative research. The target groups used in this research were representatives from the Executive Committee and teachers of the Sunday Buddhist Study Center in Ban Phai district, Khon Kaen Province, 30 people.
The result of the study found that: 1) The problematic state of the management of the Sunday Buddhist Study Center in Khon Kaen Province, as a whole, was found to be limited in terms of necessary administrative resources and facilitated success in educational management.
2) Management guidelines of the Sunday Buddhist Study Center in Khon Kaen Province Government and related agencies should provide budget support. And more personnel, promote/provide technology media for use in the teaching of the teachers sufficiently and publicize the importance of the Sunday Buddhist Study Center.
