Creative Leadership of School Administrators Influencing School Effectiveness under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Loei, Nong Bua Lam Phu

This article aimed (1) to study investigate creative leadership of school administrators, (2) to study school effectiveness, (3) to study relationships between creative leadership of school administrators and school effectiveness, and (4) to study factors of creative leadership influencing school effectiveness under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Loei, Nong Bua Lam Phu. The samples of the research were 374 school administrators and teachers based on sample size determination using Krejcie and Morgan Table and stratified sampling consisting of 28 small size school administrators, 52 school administrators and 322 teachers. The research instrument was 5-point Likert scale questionnaires, which the reliability was 0.958. The result of the study found that In terms of creative leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Loei, Nong Bua Lam Phu, it was found that; as a whole and each aspect, all aspects were at the high level. For school effectiveness under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Loei, Nong Bua Lam Phu, it was found that; as a whole and each aspect, all aspects were at the high level. For the relationships between creative leadership of school administrators and school effectiveness under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Loei, Nong Bua Lam Phu, it was found that the positive correlation was at the highest level comprising flexibility and adaptability, and skills for encouraging a positive attitude in students. In terms of factors of creative leadership influencing school effectiveness under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Loei, Nong Bua Lam Phu, it can be showed that the aspects of team work, individualized consideration, and flexibility and adaptability.
