Effects of Using Digital Technology the Ayutthaya Healthcare Ecosystem Among Primary Health Service Staff and Village Health Volunteers in Public Health Care of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province

Abstract

This article aimed to study (1) develop digital technology system Ayutthaya Healthcare Ecosystem, (2) Evaluate the effectiveness of using digital technology in the Ayutthaya Healthcare Ecosystem and (3) Assess satisfaction with the use of digital technology Ayutthaya Healthcare Ecosystem among Primary Health Service Staff and Village Health Volunteers in Public Health Care of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province the sample was 200 primary health service staff and village health volunteers with the method Krejcie&Morgan at the confidence level of 95%, They was selected by purposive random sampling. The instrument were IoT devices, the Ayutthaya Healthcare Ecosystem and satisfaction questionnaires. Analysis data by Descriptive statistics were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The result of the study found that: operating system and tools that can collect patient information data in community for doctors and health workers to monitor symptoms and adjust the treatment. Pilot area Experiment can reduce the congestion of patients with chronic diseases in health care service 92.8 percentage. Primary health service staff and village health volunteers had level of satisfaction the digital technology of Ayutthaya Healthcare Ecosystem as a whole was at a high level. The highest average utilization score is obtaining important information that is necessary and sufficient for the doctor's treatment followed by being able to support the work of public health officials. The innovation, it was found that it is a modern equipment and tools, followed by efficiency that can cover all areas.
