Innovative Leadership of Executives Affecting Academic Administration, Office of the Vocational Education Commission Nakhon Si Thammarat Province

Abstract

This article aims to study (1) the level of innovative leadership of executives, Office of the Vocational Education Commission Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, (2) the academic administration of educational institutions, (3) the innovative leadership of administrators affecting the academic administration of educational institutions, (4) the innovative leadership development approaches of school administrators. Office of the Vocational Education Commission Nakhon Si Thammarat Province is research quantitative and qualitative. The sample were 310 of school administrators, teachers and personnel of the Office of the Vocational Education Commission. Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. The research tools were questionnaires and interviews. Statistics for data analysis were mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient stepwise multiple regression and content analysis. The results of the study revealed that the overall innovative leadership of executives was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average was creating an atmosphere of promoting innovation and technology organizations. And the aspect with the lowest average was the aspect of work participation and teamwork. Academic administration of educational institutions was at a high level. When considering each side, it was found that the side with the highest average was the measurement and evaluation side. And the aspect with the lowest average was curriculum administration, curriculum development and implementation. Innovative Leadership of Executives Affecting Academic Administration has positive correlations at the medium level, namely, there are two aspect, namely the creativity, and morality and ethics affect the academic administration of educational institutions with statistical significance at the .05 level. The innovative leadership development approaches of school administrators found that the focus should be on participation in work and teamwork. Encourage teachers and personnel to be kind, help each other, develop competence in information technology for education, and follow professional principles.
