Guidelines for Education Management in Field of Automotive Mechanics to Increase Career Opportunities According to The Framework of Vocational Qualifications in Educational Institutions under Nakhon Si Thammarat Vocational Education

Abstract

This research aims to (1) study the history of education in the field of automotive mechanics, and (2) study in this section of the field of automotive mechanics in order to increase careers according to the vocational qualifications framework. This research studied the condition by conducting in-depth interviews with 15 people, drafting guidelines for interviewing 5 experts, data analyzed by in the process of studying the situation, collecting, sorting and sorting data from interviews and categorizing data from interviews. Summary is the operating conditions of education in the field of automotive mechanics. Stage of studying data analysis methods by Data from interviews were compiled into guidelines for organizing education in the field of automotive mechanics to increase career opportunities according to the Vocational Education Competency Framework. The results of the study found that the conditions of education in the field of automotive mechanics in educational institutions under Nakhon Si Thammarat Vocational Education, it follows the curriculum that the Office of the Vocational Education Commission has set according to the Vocational Education Standards Framework by organizing teaching and learning according to the structure of the curriculum. Guidelines for organizing education in the field of automotive mechanics to increase career opportunities according to the Vocational Education Competency Framework, In educational institutions under Nakhon Si Thammarat Vocational Education It was found that there were 2 parts that were connected: (1) The context of organizing education in the field of automotive mechanics consisted of Teaching methods Media and teaching technology and measurement and evaluation, (2) The vocational qualifications competency framework consists of morality, ethics, and desirable characteristics, knowledge, skills, and application ability and responsibility.
