ปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับประเภทงานที่เปลี่ยนผ่านของแรงงานตอนต้นในประเทศไทย

บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาระยะเวลาในการเปลี่ยนผ่าน และปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับประเภทงานที่เปลี่ยนผ่านของแรงงานตอนต้นในประเทศไทย ได้รับอนุเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากโครงการศึกษาวิเคราะห์การเข้าสู่ตลาดแรงงานและการทำงานของวัยแรงงานตอนต้นในประเทศไทยแบบมุ่งอนาคต จากกระทรวงแรงงาน สำรวจโดยสถาบันวิจัยสังคม จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ประชากรกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ประชากรวัยแรงงานอายุ 15-35 ปี เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม school-to-work transition survey (SWTS) องค์การแรงงานระหว่างประเทศ (ILO) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณาและการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยโลจิสติก (Logistic Regression) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ระยะเวลาในการเปลี่ยนผ่านของแรงงานตอนต้นเท่ากับ 36.5 เดือน หรือใช้เวลามากกว่า 3 ปี ทั้งนี้ ปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับประเภทงานที่เปลี่ยนผ่านของแรงงานตอนต้น ได้แก่ ปัจจัยทางประชากร (สถานภาพสมรส ระดับการศึกษา และภูมิภาคที่อาศัย) และปัจจัยครอบครัว (อาชีพของพ่อแม่)
