A Study of Digital Leadership of School Administrators Affecting Education for Social and Local Cultural Foundation Development in Schools under The Office of Nongbualamphu Primary Educational Service Area 1

This article aimed to study (1) digital leadership of school administrators; (2) education for social and local cultural foundation development for the schools; (3) relation between digital leadership of school administrators and education for social and local cultural foundation development for the schools; and (4) digital leadership of school administrators Affecting education for social and local cultural foundation development for the schools. The sample groups are administrators and teachers. The samples were 306 persons from the school under the office of Nongbualamphu Primary Educational Service Area 1. This research is a quantitative research, collecting both quantitative data by questionnaires. The statistics used were finding mean, percentage, standard deviation, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient and creation of decreasing equation for prediction criterion variable by analysis of the multiple linear regressions for forecasting the dependent variable by stepwise regression. The result of the study found that for overall of the digital leadership of school administrators was in high level. For overall of the education for social and local cultural foundation development was in high level. For overall of relationship between the digital leadership of school administrators and the education for social and local cultural foundation development for the schools was on positive high level (R=.744) and was on statistical significance at .01 level. And The factors influencing the a study of digital leadership of school administrators Affecting development levels of social and local cultural foundation development for the schools were the as the aspect of being citizen in digital period (X4) and as the aspect of professional development (X3) with multiple correlation at .840 and were on statistic significance at 0.01 level and were on prediction coefficient or prophecy at the percentage of 70.50.
