The Approach of Schools Development to Professional Learning Community under The Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

This research article aimed (1) to study the current condition Desirable condition Development to the Professional Learning Community Under the Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 2; (2) to study the needs Development to the Professional Learning Community Under the Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 2; (3) to study Approach of Schools development to professional learning community Under the Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The population were of school administrators and teachers under the Office of KhonKaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 with the total number of 2,023 people. The sample group were of school administrators and teachers with the total number of 322 people. The instrument used was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used in data analysis comprised percentage, mean, standard deviation and Modified Priority Needs Index. (PNI _{modified index}) The research results were found that The current state of the school for professional learning community of educational institutions under the Office of Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in overall and each side were at a moderate level. Desirable condition both overall and each side at the highest level. The needs for the Schools development to professional learning community Under the Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, sort descending Teamwork is the most needed team Followed by the side Joint leadership and joint vision, respectively. Approach for the Schools development to professional learning community; 1) Strengthen a shared vision; 2) Promoting joint leadership; 3) Strengthen the team join forces; 4) Build community good will; 5) Modern corporate culture; and 6) Development Professional.
