The Participatory Administration that Affects the Effectiveness of the School, The Primary Educational Services Office, Nakhon Pathom Area

Abstract

This article aimed (1) to study the level of participatory administration in schools under the Primary Educational Services Office, Nakhon Pathom Area 2, (2) to study investigate the level of effectiveness of schools under the Primary Educational Services Office, Nakhon Pathom Area 2, and (3) to study examine the participatory administration that influences the effectiveness of schools under the Primary Educational Services Office. The population is administrators and teachers in schools under the Primary Educational Services Office, Nakhon Pathom Area 2, 1,633 persons (data as of 2565). The sample group includes 321 drawn by Taro Yamane’s A tool used for data collection was a questionnaire. Statistical analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson's correlation, and Simple Regression Analysis. The findings include: The level of participatory administration in schools under the Primary Educational Services Office, Nakhon Pathom Area 2, is generally high. Overall, the highest average is in goal-setting, followed by involvement in solving problems, and the lowest is in decision-making. The overall effectiveness of schools under the Primary Educational Services Office, Nakhon Pathom Area 2, is at a high level. When categorized by effectiveness aspects, the highest average is in the ability to adapt to the environment, followed by problem-solving ability, and the lowest is the ability to develop positive attitudes in students. Participatory administration that influences the effectiveness of schools under the Primary Educational Services Office, Nakhon Pathom Area 2, is statistically significant at the 0.01 level.
