The Relationship between Leadership of Administrators and School Effectiveness under Samut Sakhon, Samut Songkhram Secondary Educational Service Area Office

This research article objectives were: (1) to study leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Office Samut Sakhon, Samut Songkram; (2) to study effectiveness of school under the Secondary Educational Service Office, Samut Sakhon, Samut Songkram; (3) to study relationship between leadership of administrators and effectiveness of school under the Secondary Educational Service Office Samut Sakhon, Samut Songkram. This research was a survey research. The population consisted of 1,049 teachers in school under the Secondary Educational Service Office Samut Sakhon, Samut Songkram. The sample was 138 teachers in school under the Secondary Educational Service Office Samut Sakhon, Samut Songkram. The sample size was determined by packaged program G Power 3.1 and obtained by stratified random sampling technique. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire about leadership of school administrators and effectiveness of school. The statistics used for data analysis were mean, Standard Deviation, and hypothesis testing by Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient. The research results were found that: Leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Office Samut Sakhon, Samut Songkram in the overall and all aspects were at high level. Effectiveness of school under the Secondary Educational Service Office Samut Sakhon, Samut Songkram in the overall and all aspects were at high level. Relationship between leadership of administrators and effectiveness of school under the Secondary Educational Service Office Samut Sakhon, Samut Songkram was positive moderate level at .01 statistical significant.
