Promotion of Good Governance Principles that Affecting the Success of Policy Implementation of Banmai Subdistrict Administrative Organization Bangyai District Nonthaburi Province

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to study (1) level of promotion of good governance principles and the success of policy implementation among personnel of Banmai Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Bangyai District, Nonthaburi Province; (2) relationship of promotion of good governance principles with implementation success, implementation policy of personnel of Banmai Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Bangyai District, Nonthaburi Province; and (3) principles of good governance that affect the success of policy implementation of personnel of Banmai Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Bangyai District, Nonthaburi Province. This research is a quantitative research, the research instrument was questionnaire, the population used in this research includes government officials and employees of Subdistrict Administrative Organization and 107 permanent employees, statistics used in this research includes percentages, means, standard deviations, correlation coefficient analysis Multiple regression. The results show that in overall, each aspect of promoting the principles of good governance among personnel is at high level in every aspect, each aspect of success in implementing policies of Banmai Subdistrict Administrative Organization is at high level, the relationship between the promotion of good governance principles the success of policy implementation the principles of responsibility and good planning and control, overall, reveals that have very high positive relationship, statistical significance of .01, the variable predicting the promotion of good governance principles affects the success of policy implementation of Banmai Subdistrict Administrative Organization, with statistical significance of .01, including the principles of participation, principles of transparency, the main aspect of value for money, principles of responsibility, rule of law and moral principles. There are predictive power of .998, .996, .991, .989, .985 and .964 with statistical significance of .01.
