Study of the principles of good governance of Banmai Subdistrict Administrative Organization Bangyai District, Nonthaburi Province

Abstract

The objectives of this research article are to study (1) management factors of the Banmai Subdistrict Administrative Organization, (2) success of principles of good governance, and (3) relationship of factors affecting the principles of good governance of Banmai Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Bangyai District, Nonthaburi Province, it survey research, the research instrument was questionnaire, the population used in research consisted of 108 personnel working in the Banmai Subdistrict Administrative Organization, statistics used in research included percentages, means, standard deviations, Correlation coefficient analysis Multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The result of the study found that: Organizational management factors of Banmai Subdistrict Administrative Organization, overall and each aspect is at high level in every aspect. The success of good governance of the Banmai Subdistrict Administrative Organization, overall and each aspect is at high level in every aspect. The relationship between the success of good governance of the Banmai Subdistrict Administrative Organization was found to have an overall positive relationship at very high level, statistically significant .01; variables predicting organizational management factors that affect the principles of good governance of the Banmai Subdistrict Administrative Organization, by testing and finding that, there is statistical significant difference .01; by budget, it has the highest predictive power (R²) equal to .944 or 99.40% with statistical.
