The Operations of Measurement and Evaluation of Learning Results with Quality Cycles of Phrasaengvittaya School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Surat Thani, Chumphon

Abstract

This article aimed to (1) study the operational conditions of measurement and evaluation of learning results of Phrasaengvittaya School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Surat Thani, Chumphon, 2) study, present, and evaluate the process of measurement and evaluation of learning results with quality cycles of Phrasaengvittaya School. This research is a qualitative research. Data were collected by in-depth interviews interviewed 15 key informants and 7 experts in focus group discussion. The result of the study found that: (1) Operational conditions of measurement and evaluation of learning results of Phrasaengvittaya School. There are 6 tasks of learning measurement and evaluation as follows: 1) judging academic results 2) grading academic results 3) reporting academic results 4) graduation criteria 5) preparing educational evidence documents and 6) transfer of academic results. (2) The processes of measurement and evaluation of learning results of Phrasaengvittaya School. Using the quality cycle (PDCA) were as follows: 1) There was a planning meeting (P = Plan). 2) Carrying out according to plan (D = Do). 3) Checking (C = Check). 4) Action to observe (A = Action). Presentation and evaluation of the processes all experts agreed that it was appropriateness, possibility.
