Expectations and Satisfaction of Parents Regarding the Use of Information Technology Systems in the Administration and Public Relations Management at Princess Sirindhorn's College, Nakhon Pathom Province

Abstract

This study aimed to (1) study investigate the expectations of parents regarding the use of information technology systems in the administration and public relations management of Princess Sirindhorn's College, Nakhon Pathom Province, (2) study examine the satisfaction of parents regarding the use of such systems in the school’s administration and public relations management of Princess Sirindhorn's College, Nakhon Pathom Province, and (3) compare parents' expectations and satisfaction concerning the use of information technology systems in this context. The sample for this study consisted of 350 parents of students enrolled at Princess Sirindhorn's College, Nakhon Pathom Province, in the academic year 2024. Data were collected using a questionnaire. Statistical analysis was performed using a software package to calculate frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and a t-test for dependent samples. The research results found that 1) The expectation of students' parents towards the use of information technology systems in public relations management of Princess Sirindhorn's College, Nakhon Pathom Province, overall had an average value at a high level. 2) The satisfaction of students' parents towards the use of information technology systems in public relations management of Princess Sirindhorn's College, Nakhon Pathom Province, overall had an average value at a high level. 3) The results of comparing the expectations and satisfaction of students' parents towards the use of information technology systems in public relations management of Princess Sirindhorn's College, Nakhon Pathom Province, were significantly different at the 0.05 level.
