Evaluation of the Project to Enhance the Efficiency of Student Care System in Schools Under the Office of Samut Sakhon Primary Education Service Area Office

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to evaluate the contexts, inputs, processes, outputs, and overall satisfaction related to the implementation of a project aimed at enhancing the efficiency of the student care system in schools under the jurisdiction of the Samut Sakhon Primary Education Service Area Office. The study involved a sample of 328 school administrators and teachers. Data were collected using a questionnaire, which was then analyzed through calculations of percentages, averages, and standard deviations. The evaluation results revealed the following: 1) The context of the project, assessed according to indicators of needs and feasibility, was found to be highly suitable overall. 2) The input factors related to the structure of the student care system—specifically regarding personnel and resources—were deemed generally appropriate and rated at a high level. 3) The processes involved in the project, which included the implementation of five activities, were carried out at a high level overall. 4) The outputs of the project demonstrated successful outcomes as measured by various indicators, and overall satisfaction with the project's implementation was also rated highly.
