อิทธิพลของความสามารถในการดูดซับความรู้ต่อผลการดำเนินงานของธุรกิจ: บทบาทของความสามารถเชิงพลวัตในฐานะตัวแปรส่งผ่าน ในธุรกิจนำเที่ยวและตัวแทนจัดจำหน่าย

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลทางตรงของความสามารถในการดูดซับความรู้ที่ส่งผลต่อผลการดำเนินงานของธุรกิจและความสามารถเชิงพลวัต รวมถึงศึกษาอิทธิพลส่งผ่านของความสามารถเชิงพลวัตที่ส่งผลต่อความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความสามารถในการดูดซับความรู้และผลการดำเนินงานของธุรกิจ ในธุรกิจนำเที่ยวและตัวแทนจัดจำหน่าย การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้ประกอบการหรือผู้บริหารในธุรกิจนำเที่ยวและตัวแทนจัดจำหน่าย ในกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 351 คน และใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่และค่าร้อยละ และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ (Pearson Correlation Analysis) การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงเส้น (Ordinary Least Squares Regression Analysis) และการทดสอบ Sobel Test
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความสามารถในการดูดซับความรู้ส่งผลเชิงบวกต่อความสามารถเชิงพลวัตและผลการดำเนินงานของธุรกิจอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ นอกจากนี้ ความสามารถเชิงพลวัตยังส่งผลเชิงบวกต่อผลการดำเนินงานของธุรกิจอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติเช่นเดียวกัน อีกทั้งผลการทดสอบอิทธิพลส่งผ่านพบว่า ความสามารถเชิงพลวัตเป็นตัวแปรส่งผ่านบางส่วนในความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความสามารถในการดูดซับความรู้กับผลการดำเนินงานของธุรกิจ แสดงให้เห็นว่า ธุรกิจที่สามารถแสวงหา เรียนรู้ และใช้ประโยชน์จากความรู้ภายนอกได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ จะช่วยส่งเสริมความสามารถในการปรับตัว การสร้างนวัตกรรม และการจัดสรรทรัพยากร ซึ่งนำไปสู่ผลการดำเนินงานที่ดีขึ้น ผลการวิจัยสามารถนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางสำหรับผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจนำเที่ยวและตัวแทนจัดจำหน่ายในการพัฒนาความรู้ การใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล และการเสริมสร้างศักยภาพการแข่งขันของธุรกิจในยุคดิจิทัลได้อย่างยั่งยืน
