Duties of Authors
1. Authors must certify that they have written entirely original work. Plagiarism, Duplicate, Data Fabrication and Falsification are prohibited.
2. Authors must certify that the manuscript has not been published before and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
3. If the authors have used the work of others, appreciated acknowledgment of that work must be given. The authors must ensure that all sources are cited or quoted at the point they are used.
4. Authors must notify the journal of any financial or other conflicts of interest that may be construed as influencing the data or interpretation.
5. When an author discovers a significant error in the published work, the author is obligated to inform the Journal editor inorder to retract or correct the paper.
Duties of Editors
1. Editors are responsible for making decisions for which of submitted manuscripts to the journal should be published.
2. Editors must evaluate the suitability of submitted manuscripts in line that meets the Aims and Scope of the Sonklanakarin Law Journal.
3. Editors must ensure the submitted manuscripts will be evaluated only for their intellectual content without regard to race, gender, country of origin, ethnicity, religion, political beliefs, sexual orientation and other comparable grounds of the authors.
4. Editors will not disclose information about a submitted manuscript to anyone other than the corresponding author, reviewers or other members of the editorial board.
5. Editors must disclose any conflicts of interest.
Duties of Reviewers
1. Reviewers must treat information pertaining to the assigned manuscript as confidential documents and not shown or discussed with other without authorization from the editors.
2. Reviewers must objectively evaluate the submitted manuscripts based only on the originality of the work, significance and relevance to the Aims and Scope of the Songklanakarin law journal
3. Reviewers must evaluate manuscripts base on their intellectual content without regard to race, gender, country of origin, ethnicity, religion, political beliefs, sexual orientation and other comparable grounds of the authors.
4. Reviewers must notify the Editor in Chief of any conflicts of interest resulting from competitive, financial, collaborative or other relationships or connections with any of the authors.
5. Reviewers who feels unqualified to review the assigned manuscript or knows that its prompt review will be impossible should notify the Editors immediately and decline the review.
