Amelioration the Foreign Tourists under Regulation of Management Committee of Foreign Tourists Assistance Fund on Expending of Foreign Tourists Assistance Fund, B.E. 2557 (2014)

Abstract

Amelioration the foreign tourists is the measure for building confidence among international tourists and destination image of Thailand. That is the establishment of Foreign Tourists Assistance Fund as the expenditure for remedying the foreign tourists traveling to Thailand who suffer from any losses or damages, both in normal or crisis situations which must not be caused by the tourist’s negligence, intention and offence. Legal basis of healing the foreign tourists is Regulation of Management Committee of Foreign Tourists Assistance Fund on Expending of Foreign Tourists Assistance Fund, B.E. 2557 (2014). This academic article analyses the rules of that regulation and presents the problems and the suggestions from the enforcement of those rules.
