With measures set forth in Article 65 (2) of the Local Members Election Act or Local Administrators Act of 2019, prohibiting candidates from donating money to religious temples.But the determination of legal measures under Section 65(2) may cause rights to the applicant Because legal measures lead to restrictions on the rights of candidates and merit-making as a basis for Buddhism, and the measures under the aforementioned regulations prohibit donations to temples or religious places as being too general. To give the applicant the opportunity to make merit Donations without restrictions on merit rights the law should therefore set guidelines for controlling the campaign within the temple. Determine ways of making merit, donating, helping a temple, or religious place
