The purpose of this research was to propose guidelines for the development of participatory administration of school administrators under the Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The participation of the community in educational institution management would benefit the environmental development, building and grounds, including the promotion of educational management of learners, responding to the needs of the community. Using questionnaires with the samples obtained by simple random sampling of 297 teachers in educational institutions under the Office of Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The data analysis results showed that the overall performance of the participatory administration of school administrators under the Office of Pathum Thani Educational Service Area Office 2, was at good level. Participation in evaluation was the only activity with moderate level of participation. In - depth interview with 8 school administrators, it was suggested that administrators and teachers must build good relationship with the school stakeholders to open opportunities for them to participate in the school administration activities. Schools and communities should work together in all dimensions of the education management for community and by community for sustainability.
