The aim of this research was to study the creative school administration of school administrators that allowed teachers, students, parents and communities to participate in school management. From the analysis of data obtained from the administered questionnaires with the sample of 297 teachers in educational institutions under the Office of Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area, Area 2, it was found that the creative school administration of school administrators was at good level overall. Each of the 5 aspects of creative school administration was also at good level. They were: 1) Developing an environment that promotes working and learning which obtained the highest mean score, 2) Building an educational institution as a learning community, 3) Inspiration 4) Engaging teachers to participate in creative management, and 5) Encouraging teamwork in collaboration with stakeholders. An In-depth interview was conducted with 8 school administrators about the creative school administration, It was suggested that the school administrators employ the principles of participation, collaborating with all stakeholders. School administrators must change the organizational culture by working collaboratively with teachers, students, family and community for creative school management, utilizing creative ideas from all concerned.
