Abstract

The research objectives were 1) to study transformational leadership of school administrators  in NaChaliang Huai Pong Yang Ngam Academic Development Center, under the Office of Primary Educational Area 3  and 2) to compare the transformational leadership of school administrators  classified by education level and work experience of teachers. The methodology was a survey research. The population included 110 teachers of NaChaliang Huai Pong Yang Ngam Academic Development Center. The sample of 86 teachers was obtained by simple random sampling. The research instrument used for the data collection was a 5-point rating scale questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis were descriptive and Independent t-test. The results revealed that 1) the transformational leadership of school administrators were at high level overall and each aspect; and 2) the comparison of transformational leadership of school administrators found that; 2.1) teachers with different education levels evaluated the transformational leadership of school administrators, overall and each aspect, not different; and 2.2) teachers with different work experiences evaluated the transformational leadership of school administrators overall not different, except the charismatic leader aspect which was different at significance level of .05.
