EFFECIENCY OF PERFORMING DUITES OF MUNICIPAL OFFICERS ACCORDING TO IDDHIPĂDA DHAMMA AT MUEANG MAIAUB-DISTRICT; AMPHAWADISTRICT SAMUT SONGKHRAM PROVNCE

Abstract

This article was to study the condition and comparison of the Reviews, problems, obstacles and suggestions for efficiency of performing duties of municipal officers according to Iddhipăda Dhamma at Mueang Mai sub-district; Amphawa district; Samut Songkhram province. This mix-method research found that the respondents had an overall opinion at a high level, the different personal factors had no different opinions, therefore rejected the research hypothesis. some officers lack of good attitudes in working, therefore, measures should be prescribed for staff to work with their full potential with diligence, some lack of careful discretion in work, therefore should focus on work and work willingly, regarding the attention to the assigned work, the personnel do not pay attention to the performance of their duties. Therefore, staff should develop themselves to be knowledgeable and capable people at all times, the staff did not assess and check the performance, therefore, the work procedures should be kept up to date.
