Abstract

The objectives of this research article are 1) to study the state of learning management in online format 2) to study the direction of online learning management. 6,056 people, multi-stage random sampling A sample of 376 people was used with a questionnaire with a reliability of 0.93 to collect data. Statistics used were mean, standard deviation.

The results of the study revealed that 1) The condition of online learning management found that schools had a policy to promote online learning management. The readiness of educational institutions in online learning management was assessed by parents, learners, teachers, and schools in a systematic and clear way. in managing learning in an online format Most of them used the participation assessment during online learning together with the work piece. by using a variety of programs to mix as appropriate Most of which use the Google Hangout Meet program, the role of most teachers is in the form of a mentor. For multi-format mixed media but the most popular used by teachers were PowerPoint, Clip VDO, books/textbooks. 2). The direction of online learning management was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the content aspect had the highest average, which was at a high level. followed by the learning management style was at a high level. and the aspect with the lowest average was the technology system. were at a high level, respectively.
