POTENTIAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE NEWLY ORDAINED MONKS OF THE SANGHA IN MUANG DISTRICT, RAYONG PROVINCE

Abstract

This research article has the objectives: 1. Study the potential of the Nawaka monks of the Sangha, Mueang District, Rayong Province. 2. Compare the Nawaka potential of the Sangha, Mueang District, Rayong Province. 3. Present the development of the Nawaka potential of the Sangha, Mueang District, Rayong Province. Research methodology. It is a combined method. Quantitative research using questionnaires from 187 Nawaka monks in Mueang District, Rayong Province. Data were analyzed using a social science package. Statistics used are frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. T-test and F-value test using one-way analysis of variance method and qualitative research with in-depth interviews with 9 key informants or people using the technique of content analysis to summarize the context in an essay.

The research results found that Level of opinion of Phra Navaka that has an impact on the development of the potential of the Sangha in Mueang District, Rayong Province as a whole is at a high level When considering each aspect, it was found that it was at a high level in every aspect. Arranged in descending order: skill development. It is at a high level. Next is attitude and behavior.
