SMART MANAGEMENT OF GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS IN SAMUT PRAKAN PROVINCE BY INTEGRATION OF IDDHIPADA DHAMMA

Abstract

Objectives of this research were 1. To study the smart management of government departments in Samut Prakan Province 2. To study the factors affecting the smart management of government departments in Samut Prakan Province 3. To propose the smart management of government departments in Samut Prakan Province by integration of Iddhipada Dhamma, conducted by the mixed research methods. The data were collected from 338 samples. The research instruments were questionnaires and interviews. Both descriptive and inferential data were used for data analysis.

The research results were found that 1. Smart management of government departments was found to be at a high level in all aspects in the following order: continuous service, progressive service, equal service, fast and timely service, and adequate service. 2. Factors affecting the smart management of government departments were found that the management process had 3 aspects, including plan implementation, inspection, and revision. Iddhipada principle, namely, Viriya, Vimamsa, Chanda, Citta, significantly affected the smart management of government departments in Samut Prakan Province at a statistical level of 0.05. 3. Smart management of government departments in Samut Prakan Province by integration of Iddhipada Dhamma was found that the smart management of government departments in Samut Prakan Province integrated the four principles of Iddhipada consisted of Chanda: loving to work, Viriya: paying attention to work, Citta: care about work, and Vimamsa: work with wisdom, by using administrative process as the basis for strengthening the smart management of government departments in Samut Prakan Province, including planning, plan compliance, audit, and revision.
