Stress is your body’s way of responding to any kind of demand. It can be caused by both good and bad experiences. When people feel stressed by something going on around them, their bodies react by releasing chemicals into the blood. These chemicals give people more energy and strength, which can be a good thing if their stress is caused by physical danger. But this can also be a bad thing, if their stress is in response to something emotional and there is no outlet for this extra energy and strength. This class will discuss different causes of stress, how stress affects you, the difference between ‘good’ or ‘positive’ stress and ‘bad’ or ‘negative’ stress, and some common facts about how stress affects people today., Official inquiry is Officer who are responsible for gathering evidence . And the various actions under the Code of Criminal Procedure . Which made about the alleged offense (of complaint or blame) to know the facts . Or proven guilty And take perpetrators to sue sanctions (complete investigation concluded that the prosecutor filed a criminal case to the court of competent jurisdiction to)., Division 1 Areas like the police have been an area of 10 police stations and landmarks

Abstract

          The objectives of the research project on ‘Research Synthesis Concerning the Stress of Inquiry Officials of Metropolitan Police Division 1’ are to study on the types of depression of inquiry officials of Metropolitan Police Division 1, to explore the depression level of the officials, and to figure out the way to decrease work-related depression of the officials.

          The findings from the research are as follows. The types of depressions sorted by the aspects of the inquiry officials’ work can be concluded as follows. Concerning the job natures, the overall depression of the officials is in the moderate level. The work that is in a great amount and urgent is deemed the most depressing factor in this category by most of the studied officials. Concerning the role and responsibilities in the organization, the overall depression of the officials is in the moderate level. The unclear criteria for performance assessment is deemed the most depressing factor in this category by most of the studied officials. Concerning the relationships in the organization, the overall depression of the officials is in the moderate level. The lack of cooperation from other work units is deemed the most depressing factor in this category by most of the studied officials. Concerning the structure and policies of the organization, the overall depression of the officials is in the moderate level. The insufficient tools and instruments for the operations is deemed the most depressing factor in this category by most of the studied officials. The level of depressions sorted by the aspects of the inquiry officials’ elements can be concluded as follows. Concerning the body or physical element, the overall depression of the officials is in the moderate level. The loss of appetite, nausea and vomit are in the group of symptoms that most of the studied officials deem as the most precise physical symptoms caused from depression. Concerning the psychic element, the overall depression of the officials is in the moderate level. The grouchiness and anger are in the group of symptoms that most of the studied officials deem as the most precise psychic symptoms caused from depression. Concerning the behavioral element, the overall depression of the officials is in the high level. The frequent mistake making is the symptom that most of the studied officials deem as the most precise behavioral symptom caused from depression.
