Abstract

          The change of the current world situation affects the life of man. Both in terms of competition so that you can survive in society. Is one of the reasons people seek the resources occupied. Using a variety of methods, including organized crime. This is how one affects the others. When pressured or is not accepted by society. As a result, those imprisoned to be repeat offenders. The objectives of this research project on ‘Factors Influential to Repetition of Crimes Committed by Prisoners in Thonburi Remand Prison’ are to explore the factors that influence the repetition of crimes committed by prisoners in Thonburi Remand Prison, The samples of this research are 200 prisoners who have committed the same crimes at least twice. The data collection tool is a questionnaire. The collected data are analyzed with percentages, means and standard deviations. The study found that the majority of the studied samples commit the same crimes for the second time. The crimes that most samples commit are related to addictive drugs. Most of the samples are released from the prison in the former case because their imprisonment period is over.
