Attitude to factors of the performance efficiency of Patrol Police officer in Bang Yi khan Police Station Metropolitan Police Division 7

Abstract

          Bang Yikhan Police Station is organized a patrol into three themes: Cars patrol, Motorcycle patrol and Foot patrol in order to eligible to an area of responsibility and a quick-access emergency. The overall of the patrol officers have willingness to perform their duties and the availability of equipment necessary situation such as firearms, handcuffs and radio communication. In addition the patrol officers have to be tactical skills and knowledge of law to ensure for the effective operations so that they have studied the concepts including the factors of the performance efficiency. In crime prevention is divided into four areas: the planning, the report, the command and the coordination that aims to understand the concepts and the guidelines to conduce to the development or the improvement and the defects that affect the perceived factors of the performance of the duties efficiency. The study by a questionnaire created as a tool to collect data. The statistics used in the analysis include the percentage, mean and standard deviation of the population studied. 142 of the patrol officers in the Bang Yikhan Police Station were analyzed and indicated that their duties always requires planning by supervisors who will provide a policy both verbal and written forms. Afterwards, they will have to report the effect of the duties including the cooperation and the acceptance of the command of the authority. Using the advanced technologies also has encouraged them to do their duties effectively. Moreover, creating public relations with people will get to know the information and know the problems. This creates a positive image of the organization to make public has a feelings warm and the security of life and property to performance of the patrol officer.
