Abstract

In this article, the author uses analytical techniques and interpretations of documents, concepts, theories, and research related to the idea of power relations and the educational management system of Thailand in order to present the problem of power relations in the Thai educational management system and how it affects the Thai educational system. The state and the Ministry of Education work to stress the Thainess to the people, by enabling them to live in it's part of the educational system. Such principles will be incorporated into the textbook's material, so that the students will recognize and enjoy the Thainess in all the same manner. Due to the establishment of a nation-state, there has been an increase in racial prejudice, which frequently results in ethnic conflicts as well. In this regard, the educational management of educational culture under the supervision of the state, all of them are to highlight the significance of the pupils seeing the oneness of Thainess. As it recalls and instills people of all ethnic groups in the country to love, be proud of, and appreciate the Thai nation, the concept of making every ethnic group in Thailand glad to be Thai has been tried to inculcate in Thai people for a long time. As a result, the state's need to encourage the development of a contemporary Thai state with superior and distinctive Thai traits is reflected in power dynamics in the Thai educational system. With the use of an educational management system, it has been demonstrated that different cultures are encouraged to assimilate and that national autonomy is fostered.
