กลยุทธ์การสนับสนุนการนิเทศฝึกงานด้วยระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษากลุ่มภาคเหนือตอนล่าง; STRATEGIES SUPPORTING SUPERVISORY TRAINING BY INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SYSTEM IN INSTITUTES UNDER OFFICE OF VOCATIONAL EDUCATION COMMISSION NORTHERN LOWER

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพ ปัญหา ความต้องการ และปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการสนับสนุนการนิเทศฝึกงานด้วยระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ 2) พัฒนากลยุทธ์การนิเทศฝึกงานด้วยระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และ 3) ประเมินกลยุทธ์การนิเทศฝึกงานด้วยระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ การวิจัยกระทำเป็น 3 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) ศึกษาสภาพ ปัญหา ความต้องการ และปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยการใช้แบบสอบถามเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 278 คน และการสนทนากลุ่ม จำนวน 16 คน 2) การพัฒนากลยุทธ์การสนับสนุนการนิเทศฝึกงานด้วยระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ โดยการศึกษากลยุทธ์ของสถานศึกษาที่ประสบผลสำเร็จด้านการนิเทศฝึกงาน2 แห่ง แล้ววิเคราะห์สภาพแวดล้อมและจัดทำร่างกลยุทธ์โดยการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ 3) ประเมินกลยุทธ์โดยประเมินด้านความสอดคล้อง ความเหมาะสมความเป็นไปได้ และความเป็นประโยชน์ โดยให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญทางกลยุทธ์ จำนวน 17 คน ผลการวิจัย ปรากฏว่า 1) สภาพการนิเทศฝึกงานด้วยระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มีการวางแผนการ การจัดโครงสร้าง การนำ การควบคุม และการประเมิน และสถานศึกษามีการนิเทศฝึกงานอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนความต้องการในการนิเทศฝึกงานด้วยระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และมากที่สุด 2) การนิเทศฝึกงานด้วยระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ โดยสรุปได้กลยุทธ์ 8 กลยุทธ์ 3) ผลการประเมินกลยุทธ์ โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ปรากฏว่า กลยุทธ์ที่สร้างขึ้นมีความสอดคล้องความเหมาะสมและความเป็นได้ อยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนความเป็นประโยชน์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

STRATEGIES SUPPORTING SUPERVISORY TRAINING BY INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SYSTEM IN INSTITUTES UNDER OFFICE OF VOCATIONAL EDUCATION COMMISSION NORTHERN LOWER

The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the supervisory training operation, problems and needs including related factors, 2) to develop strategies for supervisory training by Information Technology System, and 3) to evaluate the strategies supervisions by Information Technology System. The research was conducted in 3 steps; 1) to study the supervisory training operation, problems and needs including related factors by using the questionnaire as a tool to collect data from 278 sample including a focus group of 16 people concerned, 2) to develop supervisions operation by Information Technology System by studying from two best practice Vocational institution successful institute.And then analysis environmental factors and draft strategies, and 3) to evaluate the strategies by 17 connoisseurs group on the relevancy, suitability feasibility and usefulness of the strategies. The research revealed that: 1) the supervision operations by Information Technology System there were the planning to structure control and evaluate and statutes have the apprenticed training was found to be in the middle level and needs for supervision by Information Technology System were at a high and highest level, 2) The supervision by Information Technology System which be concluded 8 strategies 12 measures and 32 index, and 3) The result of evaluate by connoisseurs were at strategies supporting supervision by Information Technology System revealed that the consistency propriety and feasibility was at a high level and utility was at the highest level.
