การพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารความเสี่ยงของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชน

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้เป็นวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารความเสี่ยงของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชน มีขั้นตอนดำเนินงาน 3 ขั้นตอน ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบและศึกษาสภาพและแนวทางการบริหารความเสี่ยงของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชน ขั้นตอนที่ 2 สร้างและตรวจสอบรูปแบบการบริหารความเสี่ยงของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชนและ ขั้นตอนที่ 3 การประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารความเสี่ยงของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏดังนี้

1. สภาพการบริหารความเสี่ยงของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชน โดยเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ประกอบด้วย 1) การกำหนดนโยบายการบริหารความเสี่ยง 2) โครงสร้างคณะกรรมการบริหารความเสี่ยง 3) ขอบข่ายงานการบริหารความเสี่ยง และ 4) กระบวนการบริหารความเสี่ยง

2. ผลการสร้างรูปแบบการบริหารความเสี่ยงของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชน พบว่า มีองค์ประกอบ 4 องค์ประกอบ คือ 1) การกำหนดนโยบายการบริหารความเสี่ยง 2) โครงสร้างคณะกรรมการบริหารความเสี่ยง 3) ขอบข่ายงานการบริหารความเสี่ยง 4) กระบวนการบริหารความเสี่ยง และผลการตรวจสอบรูปแบบการบริหารความเสี่ยงของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชน พบว่า มีความเหมาะสมในระดับมาก

3. ผลการประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารความเสี่ยงของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชน พบว่า มีความเป็นไปได้ และความเป็นประโยชน์ในระดับมาก

Abstract

This objectives of this research were to develop a risk management model for Private Higher Education Institutions. The research was conducted in three-phase procedure: phase 1 - studying the current conditions and the risk management in private higher education institutions. Phase 2 – constructing and verifying a model of the risk management in private higher education institutions and phase 3 - evaluating the model of the risk management in private higher education institutions.

Research results :

1. The current risk management in private higher education institutions was at a medium level. As a result, the study also found that there were 4 best practices of risk management guidelines: 1) the risk management policy. 2) the risk management committee structure. 3) the risk management scope 4) the risk management process.

2. The results of the risk management model in private higher education institutions were  1) the risk management policy 2) the risk management committee structure 3) the risk management scope 4) the risk management process.

3. The feasibility and usefulness of the risk management model in private higher education institutions were high level
