ประสิทธิผลของการเรียนการสอนแบบร่วมมือสู่ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน รายวิชาเทคนิคการจัดการสมัยใหม่

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนและความสนใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนแบบร่วมมือในรายวิชาเทคนิคการจัดการสมัยใหม่ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ และแบบสอบถามความสนใจในวิธีการเรียนการสอนแบบร่วมมือ กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ชั้นปีที่ 4 สาขาวิชาการจัดการ ที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนรายวิชาเทคนิคการจัดการสมัยใหม่ ปีการศึกษา 2554 จำนวน 64 คน โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และการทดสอบที (dependent – test) ผลจากการวิจัยพบว่า ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษาก่อนเรียนมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 39.68 และผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนหลังจัดการเรียนการสอนแบบร่วมมือมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 50.75 เมื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนหลังจัดการเรียนการสอนแบบร่วมมือกับก่อนเรียน พบว่า นักศึกษามีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนหลังสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05   และนักศึกษามีความสนใจในวิธีการเรียนการสอนแบบร่วมมือ ก่อนเรียนมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 23.73 นักศึกษามีความสนใจในวิธีการเรียนการสอนแบบร่วมมือหลังเรียนมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 38.46 เมื่อเปรียบเทียบความสนใจในวิธีการเรียนการสอนแบบร่วมมือก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน พบว่า นักศึกษามีความสนใจในวิธีการเรียนการสอนแบบร่วมมือหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to investigate and compare the learning achievement and learning interest of students on the implementation of the collaborative learning in the Modern Management Techniques course. The research instruments used in this study were achievement test and questionnaire on learning attention in the Modern Management Techniques course while the subjects in this study were 64 of the fourth year students in management the academic year 2011 received form purposive sampling method. The statistics used in this study were mean and dependent t-test. The results showed that the mean score of the learning achievement before learning via the collaborative learning was 39.68, while the mean score the after learning via collaborative learning was 50.75. The comparison of the mean revealed that the mean score of the students’ learning achievement after learning higher than before learning via collaborative learning at the level of 0.05. Moreover, the results of this study elaborated that the students’ learning interest before learning via the collaborative learning was 23.73. On the other hand, the students’ learning interest after learning via the collaborative learning was 38.46. The comparison of the mean score showed that the students’ learning interest after learning higher than  before learning through the collaborative learning at the level of 0.05.
