การพัฒนาคู่มือการจัดรายการวิทยุเพื่อการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนา ของนักจัดรายการวิทยุชุมชนในเขตภาคเหนือตอนล่าง (THE DEVELOPMENT OF BUDDHISM PROPAGATION GUIDEBOOK FOR COMMUNITY RADIO BROADCASTERS IN THE LOWER NORTH REGION)

Abstract

การวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพการจัดรายการวิทยุเพื่อการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาของนักจัดรายการวิทยุชุมชนในเขตภาคเหนือตอนล่าง 2) สร้างคู่มือการจัดรายการวิทยุเพื่อการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาของนักจัดรายการวิทยุชุมชนในเขตภาคเหนือตอนล่าง 3) ประเมินคู่มือการจัดรายการวิทยุเพื่อการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาของนักจัดรายการวิทยุชุมชนในเขตภาคเหนือตอนล่าง เป็นการประยุกต์ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยและพัฒนา โดยใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงปริมาณศึกษาสภาพการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาของนักจัดรายการวิทยุชุมชน โดยวิธีสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจงจากชาวบ้านที่อาศัยอยู่ใกล้สถานีวิทยุและรับฟังรายการวิทยุเพื่อการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาอยู่บ่อยๆ เป็นประจำ จำนวน 300 คน ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือการเก็บข้อมูล การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้วยแบบสัมภาษณ์ที่มีโครงสร้างครบถ้วน จำนวน 10 คน และวิธีการสนทนากลุ่ม ผลการวิจัย พบว่า สภาพและปัญหาการจัดรายการวิทยุเพื่อการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาในสถานีวิทยุชุมชนมีหลายอย่างหลายประการ อันนำไปสู่การพัฒนาคู่มือการจัดรายการวิทยุเพื่อการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาสำหรับนักจัดรายการวิทยุชุมชนในเขตภาคเหนือตอนล่าง ส่วนการประเมินคู่มือการจัดรายการวิทยุเพื่อเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาในด้านความเหมาะสม และความเป็นไปได้ในการนำไปใช้อยู่ในระดับความเหมาะสม และความเป็นไปได้มากที่สุด

THE DEVELOPMENT OF BUDDHISM PROPAGATION GUIDEBOOK FOR COMMUNITY RADIO BROADCASTERS IN THE LOWER NORTH REGION

The objectives of this research study were 1) to study the condition of radio broadcasting on Buddhism propagation of community radio broadcasters in the lower north region, 2) to write a guidebook on Buddhism propagation for community radio broadcasters in the lower north region, and 3) to evaluate the guidebook on Buddhism propagation for community radio broadcasters. The research was an R&D research (research and development) with quantitative and qualitative methodology. The quantitative methodology was a survey of the condition of community radio broadcasting by employing the questionnaire with the samples of 300 residents living nearby the community radio station and frequently listened to Buddhism propagation program. The qualitative methodology was in-dept and face-to-face interviews with 10 broadcasting experts and the focus group discussion. The results of the research study importantly yielded various problems and condition led to data to write a guidebook on Buddhism propagation for community broadcasters in the lower north region. As for the evaluation of the radio guidebook on Buddhism propagation for the community broadcasters to used, this guidebook was rated highest levels on its suitability and possibility.
