Abstract
Sports School is the educational institute established for promoting and supporting students and youths who have special skills in sports. The school plays an important role in advancing sport development of the nation and providing the national athletes to international games. The objectives of this article are to study the elements of sport management in sports schools for excellence. Studying from the document, research, interview and ask the persons relate to sport management for the excellence of sports school were found that they consist of 10 elements including 1) promote, support and car, 2) readiness of athletes, 3) organization management, 4) sports science, 5) places, equipment and facilities, 6) trainers/sports specialists, 7) selection of athletes, 8) training, 9) organizing experience in the competition, and 10) budgeting. These are the elements that make the sport of the sport school to develop systematically and stepped into excellence.
