Abstract

The purpose of this study was to present the framework for operating directions of Naresuan University in accordance with the Standard of Higher Education Act B.E. 2561. The research instrument was a questionnaire survey of 17 experts as purposive sampling. The data were collected and data statistical analysis employed mode, median and inter-quartile range, and qualitative interviews. The results of the study proposed the framework for operating directions of Naresuan University in accordance with the Standard of Higher Education Act B.E. 2561 in 5 aspects namely 1) the student outcome standard, 2) the research and innovation standard, 3) academic service standard, 4) art, culture and Thai identity standard, and 5) management standard. All 5 aspects of the standard were found to be feasible and useful to Naresuan University.
