Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop lifelong learning indicators and components of undergraduate students by 1,148 samples, the samples were examined in Multi-Stage Sampling by Lifelong Learning Students’ Behavior Questionnaire, checked content validation by 5 experts, divided into 2 parts in 64 sections, Part 1: Personal information and Part 2: Lifelong Learning Students’ Behavior on rating scale with 5 levels. The result of content validation by Item - Objective Congruence (IOC) score 0.80 - 1.00, the discrimination levels by Item Total Correlation (rxy) of 0.367- 0.734 and reliability coefficients by Cronbach's Alpha (gif.latex?\alpha) at 0.963. The data is analyzed by Descriptive Statistics, Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (EFA). The result of research shows that there are 5components (17indicators) of Lifelong Learning of undergraduate students: 1) self-managed and development (5 indicators), 2) communication and data access (4 indicators), 3) thinking skill (4 indicators), 4) determination of purpose (2 indicators), and 5) appreciation and motivation (2 indicators). The measurement model is consistent with the empirical data by Chi-square = 107.722, df = 87, p-value = 0.0654, CFI/TLI = 0.995/0.992, RMSEA = 0.020, SRMR = 0. 026.
