Abstract

The research purpose was to create the historical learning activities of Phichit history town by using the Community-Based Learning. It is a qualification research. All of the information are from 217 sampling’s of learners, villagers, government personals, and experimental historical teachers. This study has a scope area in Mueang Kao Sub-District, Phichit Province. The research instruments are consisted in descriptive statistic and data triangulation. The findings of the study indicated the problems of learning history subject are 1) limitation of time study, 2) less of attentions from the learners who are in Math-Science program and English program, and 3) lack of the expert history teacher who graduated in the real historical field. As a consequence, ‘the Little Detectives’ - the historical learning activities of Phichit history is occurred. It is under an active learning theory as using games. There are four elements to run on this activity, learners, teachers, learning instructions, learning environment. COVIDS is the guideline of creating the activity. It will make the learners to realize the history of Phichit old town and use the story to do some history projects that hopefully keep this history to be permanency and let the people what’s the importance of history.
