Abstract
This research aims were to study and rank of the characteristics of good teachers and to compare the good teacher characteristics of municipality schools of Mueang District, Uttaradit Province. And to compare the characteristics of good teachers of Muang District Municipality School, Uttaradit Province Between administrators and teachers and students. By using a mixed research method Triangulation design: convergence model. The research results show that the qualities required the most to be a good teacher are moral and good behavior, followed by responsibility for teacher duties, knowledge transfer, classroom management, knowledge and personal development. And the results of comparing the characteristics of good teachers in all four areas between the administrators and teachers and the student group had a statistically significant difference in the mean of .05.
